Adidas release the X Crazyfast Messi "Las Estrellas", in celebration of Lionel Messi's 2022 World Cup triumph with Argentina. Inspired by Messi's iconic 2022 World Cup boots, the X Speedportal 'Leyenda', the new design incorporates the colours of the Argentinian flag and features three stars that recognise the nation's hat-trick of World Cup triumphs (1978, 1986 and 2022). Further design details include Messi's logo, the G.O.A.T sign-off and the number 10 on the heel. While adidas have already paid tribute to Messi's World Cup win with a one-of-one custom 'Leyenda' – a boot that featured two stars and G.O.A.T graphic on the toe box – 'Las Estrellas' is the first official Messi signature boot that celebrates Argentina's landmark win in Qatar. The original 'Leyenda' remains one of the most sought-after football boots ever released, with prices reaching more than $2,000 on resell sites.
