ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The BootRoom AU operates as a specialist reseller of Rare & Classic Football Boots. Like a thrift store for rare boots, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

HANDLING TIME
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch from our Sydney headquarters.

CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY
Every boot we sell is 100% authentic and accurately described. We photograph and inspect every pair before listing. Condition details are clearly stated in each product listing.

Please note:
- Boots manufactured prior to 2014 may show signs of age-related wear including sole separation, inner lining wear or adhesive degradation. This is normal for vintage footwear and is reflected in our pricing and descriptions.
- Boots manufactured prior to 2014 are not recommended for use on artificial surfaces.
- As a reseller we cannot guarantee the structural integrity of used or vintage boots beyond what is described at the time of sale.

SIZING
We source boots from around the world. Please check sizing carefully before purchasing. Size conversions are listed on each product page. We do not accept returns due to sizing issues.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess each case individually.
