RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1-3 WEEKS HANDLING TIME ON ALL ORDERS. ALL SALES FINAL.
Here at The Bootroom Australia our goal is to provide the smoothest, most efficient service possible. We always aim to resell the highest quality of rare & classic football boots around, but due to age and/or condition there is a chance at damage and/or faults at a quicker rate - and the purchase is at the risk of the customer.
Over the years, we have made a shift to selling less and less ‘worn’ pairs whether it is tried on once or worn a few times. But through the page we still tend to sell a few pairs that we consider ‘mint condition’. Whether it be small wear like the inner lining of a boot, or something more severe like sole separation etc. It must be stated that all older boots, and/or older glues have a higher chance of wear & tear as the materials/bonding have aged. This is completely normal. On all our listings we have stated the year that the boots were made, and the pricing has been adjusted according to model, condition & size.
We will never sell a boot that is damaged to the point where it cannot be used to perform its function at the moment it is shipped out from our headquarters. As a resell business we cannot guarantee the structural integrity of any used or older model boots. Also note, Boots made prior to 2014 are not made for lengthy use on Artificial surfaces and we do not recommend it.
We work to source all our pairs from all around the world, so please be sure to check sizing before placing orders. For these reasons, there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any products here at TBR.
