SHIPPING POLICY

DISPATCH
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Sydney headquarters. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We ship via Australia Post. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Domestic rates:
- Standard shipping: $10.00 AUD on orders under $400
- Standard shipping: FREE on orders $400 and over
- Express shipping: $15.00 AUD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to 65+ countries. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

PACKAGING
Every pair of boots is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We take pride in how your order arrives.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
