PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

VAULT PASS SUBSCRIPTION

The BootRoom AU offers a monthly subscription called the TBR Vault Pass at $10.00 AUD per month.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Vault Pass subscription at any time through your account at accounts.thebootroom.com.au. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all Vault Pass benefits until the end of the period you have paid for.

BILLING
Your Vault Pass subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date. You will be charged $9.99 AUD per month until you cancel.

REFUNDS
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-billing period you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that period.

PAUSING
You may pause your subscription at any time through your account. You will not be charged during a paused period.

FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

CHANGES TO PRICING
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
