The Nike Mercurial Vapor IX "Fast Forward 06'" from 2013 is a brand new, deadstock example of one of the most sought-after Vapor IX limited releases โ Nikeโs direct homage to the legendary 2006 Mercurial Vapor III colourway, the boot worn by Ronaldinho and Thierry Henry at the peak of their powers. The Fast Forward pack took the Vapor IXโs cutting-edge 2013 performance platform and wrapped it in the iconic yellow and black aesthetic of the 2006 Vapor โ a celebration of Mercurial heritage that collectorโs have been chasing ever since. The Mercurial Vapor IX was the pinnacle of Mercurial speed technology in 2013. The Speed Control texture synthetic upper features a micro-textured surface for enhanced grip and ball control at pace, with ACC (All Conditions Control) technology integrated for consistent touch in wet and dry conditions.
