Nike are cooking up a silver storm ahead of the Champions League Final with their latest on-pitch boot collection and accompanying the headline Superfly IV is the standard silhouette Mercurial Vapor X which will be worn for the first time in Berlin this weekend.

Nike are going head-to-head with old foes adidas at the Olympiastadion in Berlin as both rivals will launch their latest footwear lines using Barcelona and Juventus stars as the ultimate mannequins. With the Superfly IV hogging all the limelight upon release we've taken a look at it's often more popular understudy - the Vapor X.

Packed with all your regular Vapor X tech, the "Silver Storm" edition is built on a bright "Hyper Pink" sole with matching Swoosh on a "Wolf Grey" upper. The Superfly IV is classed as the top end silo in the Mercurial game but the Vapor X boasts that sleeker more streamline vibe associated with a typical speed boot, which contributes to its success.
